Fridays with Ben: CSEA helping you stay calm amidst changes

Whether you are at home or working, still sheltering in place or beginning to venture out, my hopes for you are the same: that you continue to stay safe and healthy. This week I can’t help but be reminded of the lyrics of David Bowie: “Ch-ch-changes. (Turn and face the strange). Ch-ch-changes.” As we have seen a turning point with some businesses reopening and counties easing restrictions, everything seems to have changed or evolved in one way or the other. Nevertheless, we must remain careful with our daily interactions to protect ourselves and others from exposure. The work that continues with CSEA is also changing.
