Everyday hero Carmen Puga is an administrative assistant, RR and member of San Rafael Chapter 341.

“The teachers have created a list of students they have not been able to get homework from or that they are not engaging, Puga says. “So we are reaching out to various students via phone calls, via emails and checking in with their parents to find out why they are not engaging in distant learning and making sure they have the tools they need to properly engage.”
