Everyday Hero Carl Vicnaire

Carl Vicnaire is a custodian with Lake Elsinore Chapter 598. He not only keeps his school clean and safe, but is also the President of his chapter and involved in the Boy Scouts. Like many CSEA members, Vicnaire is an important part of his community.
